I was so very happily surprised by how clean it was. Is the building old and BADLY in need of repairs/updating YES. However it was cleaner than some 4 stars I have stayed at and SO quiet. While in the room you can not hear anything outside. Previous reviews mentioned bad area, there is a Mercedes Benz dealership on the corner, trust me, in Miami if it truly was that bad an area they would NOT be there :). That's not to say I would go for a nighttime walk around the block either. All in all for the price and the easy access to the Hardrock Stadium as well as nearby hospitals, it is just what I (a Florida resident) was looking for. The staff was SUPER nice and friendly! Well done.

The front desk staff were very engaging and invitating. The parking lot was very easy to locate and parking was a breeze. I was informed of what the facility would charge me for in the unfortunate circumstance that I would be charged for anything that would be damaged, as that would be deducted from the security deposit. The staff over the phone was able to accommodate me if I was going to be running behind the check-in window period

The friendly employees. Clean room, also free internet. My room had a small refrigerator and microwave oven. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The parking lot is large. The price was excellent.

This hotel is confortable, great location free of trafic jams, friendly employees, big rooms, with refrigeretor and microwave. I will be back in my next trip.
